This position involves pre-sales support, client engagement, and ensuring succesful project initiation. Ideal candidates will have experience in both technical sales and technical consulting within service-oriented companies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn rapidly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the sales team in qualifying opportunities, engaging with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Lead discovery, map business pains to software development solutions, and define value hypotheses.
- Recommending technological solutions and defining architectures tailored to client needs.
- Collaborating with technical teams to estimate resources and ensure feasibility.
- Overseeing the kickoff of projects you've helped sell to ensure proper handoff and successful execution.
- Facilitate executive value workshops: align business outcomes to software development initiatives, define success criteria, prioritize use cases, and build a 90‑day execution plan.
- Stay current on Software Development industry trends, vendor roadmaps, and reference architectures.
- Proactively translate new capabilities into sales plays and customer value narratives.
