About the Role:
We're looking for an AI Solutions Architect to join the Corporate Engineering team and help build the future of Planet digital employee experience. In this role, you’ll focus on leveraging AI to dramatically improve how our employees work. You will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, streamline business workflows, and automate complex internal processes across the entire organization.
This is a hands-on technical role where you will work with various teams to identify key opportunities for AI integration, from optimizing data retrieval and analysis to building custom AI agents that assist employees with their daily tasks. You’ll be a key player in transforming our internal operations through innovative technology.
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week.

Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position at the commencement of employment is listed below. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives (bonus and equity). The final salary range is determined by job related experience, skills and location. The range displays our typical hiring range for new hire salaries in US locations only. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
