We’re hiring a Principal Technical Talent Sourcer who knows how to hunt exceptional technical talent.
This is not traditional recruiting. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership, understand what we’re building, and run proactive search strategies in a highly competitive market.

What will you do:
Build and own talent networks through non-traditional channels (Substack, Slack & Telegram communities, niche forums, meetups, referrals).
Source senior technical talent through direct outreach and long-term relationship building.
Own 4-6 roles end to end, including sourcing strategy, pipeline health, and candidate quality.
Run initial candidate screens focused on technical fit, motivation, and long-term potential.
Work closely with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to turn role needs into clear sourcing plans.
Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
Test new tools, platforms, and sourcing approaches to improve reach and conversion.
Improve and automate sourcing workflows without lowering quality.
Use data to track results, spot gaps, and improve continuously.

Who you are:
A Senior Talent Sourcer or Headhunter with a track record of delivering hard-to-hire technical profiles.
Experienced in sourcing niche and senior roles through direct search.
Skilled in outreach and copywriting that attracts the right candidates.
Well-connected, with a personal talent network you actively grow.
Comfortable hiring globally across different markets and seniority levels.
Hands-on with modern sourcing tools and automation.
A clear and direct communicator with Hiring Managers and candidates.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable owning searches end to end.
Curious and open to testing new sourcing approaches.
Confident working in English (upper-intermediate or higher).
