Didier Hillhorst our VP of Design, and directly impact business growth by driving acquisition through improved product design. Manage a team of 3+ designers, raise the bar on craft and delivery, and establish practices others benchmark against.
Your missions:
- Define and uphold craft standards and growth paths for the team
- Lead the end‑to‑end design lifecycle from discovery to high‑quality delivery

- Proven experience managing design teams in fintech, B2B, or similarly complex domains, with strong project references
- Track record of developing designers, building autonomous teams, and making decisive performance and craft calls
