The Executive Assistant at Rain will work closely with the CEO and executive team to keep the company running efficiently. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs, and enjoys wearing many hats. You’ll be trusted with sensitive information and empowered to improve how we operate day to day.

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling across time zones and shifting priorities

• Coordinate travel, meetings, and offsites

• Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare briefs, decks, notes, and follow-ups for meetings

• Help bring structure to fast-moving workflows and evolving processes

• Track action items, deadlines, and priorities for leadership

• Support fundraising, board meetings, and investor communications as needed

• Draft and edit emails, documents, and internal communications

• Manage expenses, invoices, and light bookkeeping tasks

• Maintain organized systems for files, documents, and information

• Jump into ad hoc projects across operations, people, or strategy

• Conduct research and gather data to support decisions

• Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment

• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize, adapt quickly, and stay calm under pressure

• High level of discretion and trustworthiness

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting a founder or CEO

• Comfort working in ambiguity and building processes from scratch

• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar

Compensation will vary based on experience from $100,000 - $150,000
