Role Overview:
As an Account Director, you will own a segment of existing RealSelf providers, with responsibility for maintaining and growing revenue while monitoring on-site performance to ensure providers are realizing value from their RealSelf investmentThis role sits at the intersection of revenue retention, performance optimization, and strategic advisory, and is critical to helping providers turn RealSelf into a core patient acquisition channel.
You’ll manage a meaningful book of business, diagnose performance across marketplace and advertising products, and translate data into clear, persuasive recommendations that drive renewals, upsells, and long-term growth.
