About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Go HighLevel Specialist who understands the platform inside and out and can manage, optimize, and support our CRM, automations, and funnels. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically strong in Go HighLevel and comfortable creating simple, clean visual assets to support campaigns.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot issues while improving workflows and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Go HighLevel Management
- Configure and manage Go HighLevel CRM, pipelines, and contact records
- Build and optimize automations, workflows, triggers, and campaigns
- Set up and maintain funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, and surveys
- Manage email, SMS, and voicemail campaigns
- Troubleshoot automation errors, deliverability issues, and system conflicts
- Maintain clean data, tagging logic, and pipeline stages
Design & Creative Support
- Create and edit basic graphic assets for landing pages, emails, and funnels
- Design simple visuals using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe
- Ensure brand consistency across CRM assets
Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Test workflows and user journeys for accuracy and efficiency
- Document processes and create SOPs for CRM usage
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Go HighLevel Specialist or CRM Administrator
- Deep understanding of automations, triggers, workflows, and pipelines in Go HighLevel
- Experience building funnels and landing pages within Go HighLevel
- Comfortable troubleshooting and optimizing complex CRM setups
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
