We are seeking a full-time Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end hiring for US-based clients, primarily in Arizona. This role requires strong sourcing experience, excellent English communication skills, a high sense of urgency, and comfort working night shifts aligned with US time zones. The ideal candidate is experienced, tech-savvy, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a strong, collaborative work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, screen and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
- Source qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Interviewing & Candidate Evaluation
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
- Record and submit video interviews for client review.
- Support assessment-based hiring, including DISC and other evaluation tools.
Candidate Documentation & Client Support
- Prepare and send complete candidate packages to internal stakeholders and/or clients.
- Ensure all candidate documentation is accurate, organized, and client-ready.
Reference Checks, Offers & Hiring Support
- Assist with reference check calls.
- Support offer coordination and candidate communication during the offer stage.
Tracking, Follow-Ups & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers and update statuses in real time.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of hiring steps.
- Support client hiring updates with accurate data.
Flexibility & Growth
- Support additional responsibilities beyond recruitment as business needs evolve.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting US-based clients.
- Experience sourcing candidates on Indeed is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable conducting recorded video interviews.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with ATS, sourcing tools, and interview platforms.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to learning and adaptable to changing responsibilities.
- Comfortable working remote, night shifts aligned with US (Arizona) time zones.
