Property Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenant queries and escalate as needed
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and letting agents to coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Manage tenancy documentation including lease agreements, renewals, and notices
- Ensure compliance with UK property regulations (e.g. gas safety certificates, EPCs, deposits)
- Update and maintain property management systems and databases
- Support the lettings and renewals process by preparing relevant paperwork
- Assist with rent collection monitoring and arrears reporting
- Produce regular reports on property performance and maintenance issues
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property administration or property management role
- Strong knowledge of UK residential property practices and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with property management platforms (e.g. Arthur, Fixflo, Reapit, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
- Reliable internet connection and own laptop required
