Senior Property Investment Sales Executive

An ambitious and fast-growing UK property investment firm is scaling up to meet increasing demand from a global investor base. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong track record in property investment sales to join our high-performing team.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a confident deal-closer who excels in managing international investor relationships, handling longer sales cycles, and closing property deals—often remotely and without in-person viewings. With a high volume of inbound leads and a robust pipeline ready, you'll be able to hit the ground running from early January.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert a steady flow of qualified investor leads into successful property sales.
- Build and nurture client relationships across a typical 1–3 month sales cycle.
- Confidently close off-plan and development property deals, often without face-to-face interaction.
- Present investment opportunities clearly to international and remote buyers via video, phone, and email.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline movement, and deal status using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the internal sales progression team to ensure seamless post-sale handovers.
- Keep up to date with UK property market trends, hotspots, and investor motivators.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A solid background in property investment sales—closing deals must have been a core responsibility in past roles.
- Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle and close deals without support.
- Experience selling off-plan or new-build developments is essential.
- Confident in handling remote investor relationships and longer sales cycles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to influence and secure commitment through virtual channels.
- Understanding of property investment strategies (knowledge of HMOs is a plus but not required).
- Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
- Ready to start in early January with minimal onboarding required.
