Roblox is seeking an experienced and strategic Global Compensation Manager to fill a unique hybrid role. You will serve as the dedicated Compensation Business Partner for our India office, while also owning and leading our global compensation programs and operations.
This is not a traditional role—you'll be the expert on the ground in India, providing strategic guidance and local market expertise. At the same time, you'll be the driving force behind our company-wide compensation cycles, ensuring our programs are meaningful, fair, and aligned with our global business priorities. Reporting to the Director of Compensation Programs, Operations and Systems, you will play a critical part in delivering an exceptional portfolio of compensation programs that inspire our global workforce.
Hybrid Work: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Gurgaon, India office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
