If you love the energy of a 48-hour hackathon—the caffeine, the rapid prototyping, the zero-to-one creation, and the thrill of the demo—but hate that it has to end on Sunday night, keep reading.

We are building Hack Squads. We are looking for builders, breakers, designers, and dreamers who want to operate in a state of perpetual motion.

This is a paid, competitive, ongoing development league.

The Mission

Corporate roadmaps are too slow. We need speed and ingenuity.

We are hiring autonomous "Hack Squads" to operate entirely like hackathon teams. Your goal is to solve problems rapidly, build prototypes, and out-innovate the other squads in the league.

You don't have managers; you have squadmates. You don’t have quarterly goals; you have two-week sprints.

How It Works: The Arena

1. The Drop: Every two weeks, a new challenge drops. It might be a new feature, a standalone product idea, or a complex problem that needs solving.

2. The Sprint: Your squad has 14 days to devise, design, build, and ship a working solution. How you work, what tools you use, and when you sleep is entirely up to your squad.

3. The Demo Day: At the end of the sprint, squads present their work. A winner is crowned.

4. Repeat: The clock resets immediately.

The Loot (Compensation)

This is a high-stakes environment with guaranteed base funding and significant upside for winners.

• The Base Operation Fee: Every active squad receives £1,000 per month just for being in the league. How you distribute this cash among your squad members is entirely your decision.

• The Winner's Bounty: The squad that wins the fortnightly challenge receives an instant £1,000 Bonus Drop on top of their base fee.

There is a challenge every two weeks. That means there is £2,000 in bonus bounties up for grabs every single month, plus your base fee.

The Commitment

This is not a passive gig. To stay in the league, your squad must be active and shipping.

• We expect a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week from every squad member.

• This is intense. It is designed for moonlighters, hungry freelancers, students, or dedicated builders looking for a high-octane side-hustle that pays.

• You have a preexisting group of friends/colleagues you love building with (Devs, Designers, PMs—whatever mix works for you).

• You are highly competitive.

• You prefer shipping imperfect code today over perfect code next month.

• You get excited by ambiguity and hard deadlines.
