What you’ll be doing

As an AI Solutions Specialist, your role will be fundamental to expanding the adoption and use of artificial intelligence across all business departments. Your primary goal is to identify opportunities where AI can add significant value and work collaboratively to bring these solutions to life. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Identify and propose AI solutions – By working closely with teams to understand their business challenges and pinpoint areas where AI can be implemented to provide innovative and practical solutions.
Collaborate with teams – By serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, helping to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensuring a smooth integration of AI solutions.
Drive impact – By actively contributing to the implementation of scalable AI projects, helping to simplify processes, improve security, to create smarter financial experiences for our users.
Keep up-to-date with new technologies – By staying current with the latest trends and tools in the AI field and exploring new ways to apply them to our platform.

Who we’re looking for

Technical skills – With an insatiable curiosity for emerging technology, ability to work with no/low-code tools, and familiarity with prompt engineering.
Communication skills – With excellent, structured and convincing communication skills, adaptable to build trust positively and professionally with various stakeholders across different teams.
Problem solving – With an innovative mindset, you think beyond the obvious, creatively connecting disparate ideas to design novel flows. You can critically evaluate a problem and determine the right class of solution by decomposing it into smaller and more manageable issues to solve.
