Our client is a growing brand focused on building a strong, authentic presence across social platforms. They prioritize consistent execution, audience engagement, and brand-aligned storytelling, and are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager to own day-to-day social activity and community growth. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand visibility, connection, and relevance through organic social media.
Fully-Remote (Work from Home) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook. This role focuses on daily content execution, community engagement, and performance-driven optimization.
This is a hands-on role designed for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and consistently execute high-quality social content while keeping a pulse on trends and audience behavior. The Social Media Manager will ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and overall messaging strategy.
Publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including posts, stories, and short-form video
Ensure consistent posting cadence aligned with the content calendar and platform best practices
Edit long-form footage to repurpose it for TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
Initiate meaningful conversations that strengthen community connection and brand loyalty
Write engaging captions and on-screen text overlays aligned with the brand’s voice and tone
Support content creation by adapting messaging to each platform’s format and audience behavior
Develop, maintain, and execute a structured content calendar
Ensure deadlines, posting schedules, and deliverables are consistently met
Monitor performance metrics across platforms, including engagement, reach, and growth
Use insights and trends to optimize future content and posting strategies
Stay up to date on social media trends, formats, and best practices
Continuously brainstorm new content ideas to improve engagement and organic growth
Ensure all content is authentic, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s messaging and values
Maintain attention to detail to ensure content quality and consistency
2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Experience with scheduling tools.
Strong copywriting skills for captions, text overlays, and social messaging
Experience with community engagement and audience interaction strategies
Comfortably analyzing social media insights to inform content decisions
Creative and trend-aware with a strong understanding of social platforms
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently
Reliable, self-sufficient, and consistent in execution
Social channels are consistently active, engaging, and on-brand
Strong audience engagement and steady community growth
Content reflects current trends while staying aligned with brand voice
Clear use of performance insights to improve content effectiveness
