This role is for someone who can walk into that chaos, see the real system, and rebuild it with AI at the core.

What a Day Actually Feels Like

You start with a founder who is scaling fast and stuck in the weeds.
Their delivery is messy. Margin is leaking. The team is reacting instead of operating.

You run a tight discovery and find the bottleneck that is quietly limiting their growth.
You design an AI powered workflow that removes the bottleneck and upgrades the whole machine.

Next, you map the end to end system in ClickUp or Notion.
Intake to fulfillment. Human handoffs. Automations. Reporting.
You coordinate with your dev pod team to ship the logic.

You lead the implementation call with a clear plan and confidence that comes from experience.
The founder understands the system immediately, and the team starts using it that week.

You end the day with a client who feels like they just bought time, margin, and control they did not have yesterday.

What You Will Do

• Lead discovery calls with 7 to 8 figure agency owners.
• Identify operational bottlenecks across delivery, fulfillment, and client management.
• Design AI powered systems that streamline workflows and raise capacity.
• Map systems end to end in ClickUp, Notion, Sheets, or Airtable.
• Manage delivery by coordinating a developer pod. You do not need to write code.
• Train clients to adopt the system and scale it company wide.
• Iterate based on usage data and real world performance.

What We Are Looking For

You are a rare blend of consultant, operator, and systems architect.

You likely have:

• Experience in top tier consulting, COO ops, or high level client facing transformation work.
• Real understanding of agency operations and service delivery.
• Strong technical fluency in AI, automations, APIs, and agent workflows. No code required, but you can talk the stack clearly.
• A track record of building systems that teams actually use.
• Elite client communication. You can win trust fast and lead under pressure.
• A bias for action. You solve first, refine second.
• Comfort in ambiguity. You do not need a script to move.

Bonus If You Have

• Implemented AI agent tools like LangChain, AgentOps, Zapier, Make, GPT based workflows.
• Bridged technical and business teams without losing either side.
• Built with ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, or custom operations systems.
