Softermii is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager:

📲Project: This will involve engaging one of the clients in various projects.

Type of cooperation: full-time

⚡️Your responsibilities on the project will be:

Manage projects using Agile methodologies from initiation to delivery
Own project scope, timelines, risks, and overall delivery
Monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, and ensure timely resolution
Manage and engage stakeholders, aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and coordinate project teams, providing guidance and resolving challenges
Prepare regular status updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery

You can be part of the following team: 25 engineers, including BAs on the client side (CTO).

🗞Technical requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Project ManagerStrong practical experience with Agile methodologiesProven stakeholder management and communication skillsSolid experience in scope, timeline, and risk managementExperience in people managementStrong progress monitoring and reporting skillsEnglish level C1 or higher

🗞 Will be a pluss if you have:

Experience as a Business Analyst
Technical background or prior technical career
Certifications or courses related to AI / ML
Hands-on experience with AI / ML projects and understanding of their specifics
Data visualization skills: creating mockups, wireframes, use-case diagrams, and prototypes

Soft Skills:

Confidence and strong decision-making skills
Willingness to work with complex projects and challenging teams
Ability to resolve issues and manage difficult situations
Excellent communication skills and high level of responsibility
Critical thinking
Strong motivation to learn and grow beyond core responsibilities
