As Sopra Steria continues to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Cybersecurity Architect to join our Cybersecurity division (I2S). This strategic role focuses on designing and implementing advanced security architectures that protect infrastructure, applications, and data against evolving threats.
You will champion Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles, enforce security by design across all projects, and ensure robust Identity & Access Management (IAM) and token-based security controls. Working closely with engineering, security, and business teams, you will define security frameworks, design reference architectures, and guide secure adoption of technologies in hybrid and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support secure architectures for international environments, including cloud and on-premises systems.
- Embed Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and security by design principles into all business projects.
- Align organizational security strategy with overall business and technology objectives.
- Identify security gaps and recommend enhancements to strengthen defenses.
- Deploy and integrate cybersecurity solutions, including IAM and token-based access controls, across diverse environments.
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineers on secure design activities.
- Develop architecture documentation and present outcomes to governance boards.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide analysis for internal and external audits.
- Assess business risks related to security roles and recommend appropriate controls.
- Manage security-related project milestones, task lists, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with other project groups to ensure alignment on security goals.
- Senior-level experience (8+ years) in cybersecurity architecture.
- Strong expertise in Zero Trust Architecture, IAM frameworks, and token-based security models.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (Google Cloud, AWS) and hybrid environments.
- Proven ability to design secure architectures and implement industry best practices.
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a multicultural environment.
- English required; French is a plus.
