The Squarespace finance team is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Lead Financial Analyst, R&D to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group with a focus on supporting R&D. This individual will serve as a key business partner across multiple functional areas, supporting core planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in financial modeling and business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. This role is critical to driving financial discipline and supporting decision-making through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure in addition to base salary.
