Tender Specialist

The Bid & Tender Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing government-issued tender documents (RFP / RFQ / Tenders), identifying technical and financial requirements, and providing internal teams with the necessary information to develop compliant and complete proposals. This role is essential in ensuring a clear understanding of tender requirements and transforming them into actionable execution plans and ready-to-use content for design and final submission.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing government tender documents with high accuracy, extracting technical requirements, evaluation criteria, scope of responsibilities, and submission conditions, and writing proposal content. The role also involves preparing professional executive summaries, developing work plans and deliverables in coordination with relevant departments, following up on tender updates and clarifications, coordinating with and overseeing the design team to ensure content readiness for layout and submission, building compliance matrices, and managing tender-related files and timelines. The role requires proven experience in writing technical proposal content.
