E-commerce Director (D2C Growth Lead)

Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand focused on driving online revenue across multiple digital storefronts. They operate across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email—requiring a highly skilled ecommerce operator who can fully own these channels end to end. The team moves fast, works collaboratively, and values detail-oriented, data-driven decision-making.
We are looking for an E-commerce Director (D2C Growth Lead) to own and scale the company’s direct-to-consumer revenue across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email.
This is a senior, hands-on, revenue-owning role combining strategy and execution. You will not just manage ecommerce channels — you will own outcomes, driving growth through conversion optimization, merchandising strategy, channel expansion, and operational excellence.
Own and scale DTC revenue across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email
Define and execute ecommerce growth strategy aligned with product launches and promotions
Own Shopify performance end to end, including CRO, site optimization, and QA
Lead TikTok Shop strategy, including catalog, UGC/affiliate commerce, promotions, and compliance
Own Meta Shops across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring feed accuracy and smooth integrations
Own email strategy, campaigns, and lifecycle flows (including Mailchimp → Klaviyo transition)
Partner cross-functionally on merchandising, bundles, SEO, and conversion initiatives
Own ecommerce analytics and dashboards (GA4), reporting weekly on KPIs and performance
4–7+ years of ecommerce experience, ideally within DTC or consumer brands
Proven track record of owning and scaling ecommerce revenue
Strong hands-on experience across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, email, and ecommerce analytics
Deep understanding of CRO, merchandising, and conversion-led growth
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
Excellent English communication skills (Spanish required; Portuguese a plus)
