As a Graphic Designer – Ads & Email, you will support the marketing team by producing high-quality, on-brand creative for paid advertising and email marketing. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for a designer who understands ecommerce, moves quickly, and can reliably deliver conversion-aware creative at scale.
This is not a one-off freelance engagement — the goal is to build a long-term working relationship with someone who understands performance creative and can grow alongside the brand.
Design paid social ad creative for ongoing campaigns and new product launches
Create email marketing creative for campaigns, flows, and announcements
Adapt and resize existing assets into new formats and variations
Collaborate closely with the marketing team on creative direction and concepts
Iterate on creative based on performance feedback and testing insights
Maintain strict brand consistency across all outputs
Organize and deliver clean, well-structured design files for handoff
2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Proven experience creating paid social ad creative and email marketing creative
Strong understanding of ecommerce and conversion-driven design principles
Experience designing for platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo or similar ESPs
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating efficiently
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests at once
Experience with static and light motion graphics (GIFs / simple animations) is a plus
Prior experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands is a strong advantage
