The Payments organization owns Toast’s payment acceptance and processing products. These products accept and process payments for our point-of-sale, our digital/online channels, and external partners, and they underpin additional financial services such as Toast Capital. On behalf of our customers, we process billions of dollars per year; we’re a critical part of their success—and Toast’s.
As Director of Product, Card Readers, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our in-person payments experience on card readers. You’ll blend payments depth with hardware savvy to ship reliable, fast, and compliant checkout across markets—partnering with Mobile, Hardware/Firmware, Transactions, Risk, Ops, and external vendors/labs. This hybrid role is based in Dublin, Ireland (EU relocation supported).
