Assist in cash and credit card transactions and assist customers in making payment for their purchase
Check cash flow, ensure small denominations available, maintain the cash accurately at the counter till according to the set procedures and to be accountable for any shortage and to keep proper records of operations.
Plan and manage manpower / resource duty roster, training, leave and HR related issues of the outlet
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulation
Record and report immediately defect / malfunction of equipment that require urgent attention. (i.e. freezer/ chiller breakdown, machinery breakdown, work equipment loss of work utensil etc
