Database Administrator (DBA)

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing, and we are looking for a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to join our UniQue Managed Services and Automation team.

As a DBA, your expertise will be crucial in optimizing and supporting our clients' database environments. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, performance, and security while collaborating closely with your teammates to implement innovative database solutions.

• Design, install, configure, and maintain database systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor and optimize database performance for tuning and performance enhancements.
• Develop backup and recovery strategies, conducting regular tests to ensure data integrity.
• Implement security measures to safeguard data from unauthorized access.
• Work on database migrations and upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
• Assist in troubleshooting database issues and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with application developers to optimize database interactions and queries.
• Document database configurations, processes, and changes for knowledge sharing.
