What will you be bringing to the team?
· Logging all relevant incidents, problems, service requests details and allocating categorization, prioritization and urgency.
· Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis
· Escalating incidents and service requests to 2nd level support teams (systems, network and content collaboration) and informing Service managers when its applicable (Critical/High incidents)
· Keeping Customer or internal users informed of progress
· Updating the Knowledge Base
· Monitoring and updating CMDB
· Reporting activities
