The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Director, Business Development to lead and scale our Global BDR (Business Development Representative) organization at Unity.
This role is responsible for building, mentoring, and operationalizing a high-performing global BDR team that fuels pipeline growth across regions, industries, and product lines. You will define global outbound strategy, drive execution excellence, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and regional leaders to support Unity’s long-term growth strategy.
