GTM Engineer

As Unwrap’s go-to-market engineer, you’ll be responsible for executing high-impact marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns from planning through performance analysis, ensuring flawless execution and measurable outcomes.

If you are a driven, sharp marketer with an operational mindset and deep experience running digital events and multi-channel campaigns, this role is for you.

Specifically, you will get the opportunity to:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, including webinars and event-based nurture programs.

• Track performance metrics and deliver insights to improve campaign performance.

• Partner with product marketing and sales to align messaging and follow-up strategies.

• Identify bottlenecks in campaign execution and introduce systems or automation to improve efficiency.

Specifically, we ingest feedback from thousands of sources (support channels, surveys, social), use state-of-the-art NLP technology to extract actionable insights, and empower teams to take action on these insights to ship better products.

Our founders, two ex-Amazon Alexa Product Managers, were tired of manually sifting through customer reviews, support tickets, and bugs while working on Alexa. They understood the importance of listening to customers and prioritizing their requests effectively, but simply had too much feedback to parse through. So, Unwrap.ai was born to solve this problem.

What You Bring

• Strong analytical skills and are comfortable building reports, interpreting data, and driving change based on data-backed insights

• You're an excellent writer

• Experience managing digital events end-to-end

• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms

• You're Type-A and extremely organized.

• You have experience or are comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
