Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and validate requirements with clients and team members.
- Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and understanding of project goals.
- Evaluate the success of implemented projects and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices and methodologies related to business analysis.
