Valence has built the only AI native coaching platform for enterprise, offering personalized, expert, and human-like guidance and support to any leader or employee. We’re not just talking about the future of work — we’re building it now, with the most innovative Fortune 500 companies across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and technology.
Our focus is on the problems that actually decide whether AI changes how organizations operate — the ones with no playbook, no obvious answers, and no guarantee of success. If you want to be part of the small group that defines how AI transforms the future at a global scale, this is your chance.
And this isn’t for everyone. We’re not looking for people who want predictability or incremental progress. We only want those who are restless at the edge of what’s possible, who get bored when things feel “done,” and who are driven to redefine what AI can mean for leaders, companies, and the world. Because at Valence, the work worth doing is the kind that redefines work itself.
The Role
As an Associate, Events at Valence you'll be the operational backbone of our high-impact events program—managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring flawless execution across a high volume of annual events spanning hosted dinners, sponsored conferences, and virtual webinars and roundtables.
But this isn't a pure events role. You'll also flex into broader marketing work, from writing compelling event copy to supporting campaigns and creative projects. You'll work closely with the full marketing team to keep our growth engine humming. This role is ideal for someone who's equal parts project manager and storyteller—obsessed with details, allergic to loose ends, and energized by working at high velocity. If you thrive when juggling multiple workstreams and take pride in making complex logistics look effortless, we want to hear from you.

- Self-motivated and adaptable; you don't need hand-holding to keep projects moving
- Experience living and breathing in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion)
- Nice to have:
- Field marketing or on-the-ground event experience
- Experience with event platforms (Splash, Goldcast, Zoom, etc.) or marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay)
