About Sadie
Sadie is a 24/7 natural voice AI agent built for restaurant and catering operations. Acting as an always-on extension of the catering and in‑store restaurant team, Sadie answers phone calls around the clock to take and coordinate catering orders, offer takeout, manage reservations, answer FAQs, promote specials, and drive upsells; all without putting pressure on brand or restaurant‑level staff. Sadie is made up of four focused modules:
Sadie Caters
Sadie Caters is purpose-built for high‑value catering calls:
- Captures new catering orders and edits existing ones, gathering all the details needed for smooth, accurate fulfillment.
- Keeps catering sales and ops teams in control, routing clear transcripts and action summaries into MONKEY for review, confirmation, and follow‑up.
You’ll spend most of your time leading the charge on Sadie Caters helping existing MONKEY partners and net‑new brands use Sadie to unlock more catering revenue with less operational strain.
Sadie Answers, Orders & Reserves
Beyond catering, Sadie supports the full spectrum of guest calls:
- Sadie Answers – Handles everyday guest questions 24/7 (hours, locations, menus, policies, and more), so staff can stay focused on in‑venue guests.
- Sadie Orders – Takes takeout (pickup) orders and injects them directly into POS systems for store‑level fulfillment.
- Sadie Reserves – Books reservations and responds to guest questions, including after hours, helping reduce no‑shows and capture more bookings.
Sadie integrates with the world’s leading POS systems, booking engines, and the MONKEY catering platform.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Sadie Growth Manager to join the MONKEY team.
In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of Sadie’s growth, identifying and engaging restaurant prospects and helping them discover how Sadie can transform their operations.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Activating Sadie modules within MONKEY’s existing user base, with a particular focus on Sadie Caters.
- Leading outbound sales for Sadie Caters and the broader Sadie suite with restaurants that don’t yet use MONKEY, opening new relationships and revenue streams.
Your goal is simple to state and challenging to do: build a high‑quality pipeline, start real conversations, and create qualified opportunities that turn into long‑term Sadie customers.
You will carry your own quota, make outbound calls, run discovery conversations, and book meetings; setting the bar for excellence through your own execution.
You’ll focus primarily on outbound prospecting, generating qualified opportunities through research, outreach, and persistence. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on energy, curiosity, and the satisfaction of turning “no” into “tell me more.”
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential restaurant customers across the US and Canada (both existing MONKEY users and non‑MONKEY brands).
- Carry an individual quota and actively prospect via calls, email, social, and other tools, modeling best‑in‑class outreach, discovery, and follow‑up.
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and in‑person visits where appropriate.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, decision‑making processes, call volume, and readiness to adopt Sadie (with an emphasis on Sadie Caters).
- Activate Sadie within MONKEY’s existing customer base, identifying where Sadie Caters and the other modules can have the biggest impact.
- Develop new Sadie opportunities with non‑MONKEY brands, using Sadie as an entry point and building the case for broader adoption over time.
- Maintain detailed activity and pipeline records in the CRM, keeping stages, notes, and next steps up to date.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting goals.
- Represent Sadie with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine understanding of the restaurant industry.
- Create and refine outbound strategies, talk tracks, objection handling, and vertical‑specific messaging for hospitality and catering buyers.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine ICPs, improve lead quality, and optimize handoffs.
- Provide feedback to Product and Technology teams on what you hear from the field and how Sadie can continue to improve.
What You Bring
- 2 - 5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer‑facing roles. Restaurant experience is a plus; catering experience is a double plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you’re confident on the phone and engaging in person.
- Grit, resilience, and curiosity; you thrive on learning, experimenting, and getting a little better every day.
- Comfort with CRM tools and outbound engagement platforms.
- Passion for restaurants, technology, and helping businesses succeed.
