Location requirements
The Director, Technical Product Management will be a part of the Risk and Identity Solution Global Product Group that oversees product lines for the company.
Purpose: The role will focus on overseeing product teams that work on Authentication and Detect platform. This extends from increasing the success of the existing products to assisting in the technical requirements for new products and features for authentication and fraud detection and prevention strategies. The role will also serve as an internal and external evangelist as well as ensure the teams commitment to the agile process within Visa.
Essential Functions:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field with10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Proven product leadership experience, preferably in financial industries or merchants/acquirers payments.
Experience leading, building and growing high-performing product teams.
Strong relationship-building skills and experience leading cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, UX Design and Customer Support.
Proven track record in driving client growth and commercial results.
Technical proficiency and ability understand and communicate technical concepts
Experience working with global and regional teams.
