Visa is looking for a results-driven, tech-curious Account Executive Manager with a passion for value-based solution selling. In this role, you will sell the entire portfolio of Visa solutions, define account strategies and align the necessary resources to deliver your account plans, while building strong client relationships. Qualified candidates will possess a proven track record of building strong internal and external relationships and a relentless drive to excel in sales. Key functions:

Basic Qualifications:
Bilingual French and English
5 or more years of relevant work experience managing accounts and clients with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Curiosity to learn and execute effective sales strategies for new payment solutions
Ability to develop, lead and close complex competitive sales efforts
Strong analytical skills and a knack for strategic planning
Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence and ability to effectively create and deliver presentations to all audiences up to the executive levels
Demonstrated understanding in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and data-driven decision-making, with a strong ability to apply emerging trends to influence client strategy and business outcomes
Ability to coordinate internal and external resources and nurture cross functional relationships
Ability to negotiate business agreements and enhance existing and new relationships
Demonstrated understanding of financial indicators to measure business performance and an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision making
