The Role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Associate Content Producer to act as the right-hand partner and creative proxy to our Senior Content Strategist. This role is designed to be the bridge between strategic vision and flawless execution. Your primary mission is to be the guardian of creative quality across all content, freeing up the Content Strategist to focus on high-level strategy. You will review drafts, provide feedback, and ensure all assets—from podcast episodes to video series—meet our high standards before the final review. This role is a unique opportunity for a rising talent with a great eye for quality to get hands-on experience and mentorship in a world-class marketing organization.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (Tuesday - Thursday), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
