The BD Analyst will support Visa’s growth strategy in Ghana by supporting the Country Manager and Business Development team managing client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and providing analytical insights to strengthen Visa’s market position. This role is critical in executing country plans and ensuring alignment with regional priorities.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Business Development, Financial Services, or Payments industry.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills. proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of card payments, fintech, Mobile money and Ghana’s financial ecosystem.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Other: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
