What we expect, day to day
The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects and solutions with Financial Institutions, Issuers, Merchants, etc. This person will collaborate on challenging projects, provide analysis and initiatives, proactively seek existing opportunities, thereby ensuring that Visa Consulting and Analytics is the preferred advisory partner.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
What we're after:
Fluent in English and Hungarian (written & verbal)
Payment industry, digital payments or payment processing experience preferred
Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail that leverages multiple sources of information
Able to understand and start to disaggregate problem statement into distinct pieces of analysis
Use and adapt templates for unique client scenarios, optimizing structure to demonstrate and articulate key messages
Ability to execute quantitative and qualitative analysis with some guidance.
Basic takeaways from the data and starting to craft storyline, ensure data quality and leverage data to support decision-making in project management
Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate across levels and functional experts
Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt
Proficient and ideally a power-user of spreadsheet and presentation tools
An interest in learning advanced analytics tools (SAS, R, Tableau, etc.)
An interest in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending a plus
An affinity for payments technology, FinTech and digital
