The New Data Lifecycle Enablement Graduate is going to be responsible for supporting Visa’s Data Lifecycle Management capability by performing data access request compliance assessments, with the long-term expectation that this role will shift to support broader Data Lifecycle capabilities across the business. This individual must be able to work across functions, business units, regions and in deep collaboration with Global Data Office staff to identify best practices and areas of opportunity. Experience with data engineering and governance, Technology platforms (e.g. data catalog), and tooling with proven ability to build new capabilities, drive organizational impact and act as a change agent critical to success.
This role will be responsible for championing the effort in driving and maturing robust data and AI governance controls across the enterprise. This includes performing data access management compliance assessments, and driving continuous improvement in data lifecycle management throughout the company. This role will partner closely with Visa data stewards as well as stakeholders in risk, privacy, cybersecurity, technology and other functions.
Primary responsibilities
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site).
