About this role

We are seeking an experienced Global CRM Product Manager to own the end-to-end seller experience across our seller experience and customer journey. This role will lead strategy, roadmap development, and execution for our Quoting and Contract management flows and supporting tools, ensuring seamless, scalable, and efficient workflows for Sales and client facing teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management discipline with hands-on experience designing and improving CRM-based revenue workflows. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements, streamline quoting and deal lifecycle processes, and deliver exceptional user experience through our technology and data solutions for internal sales and client facing teams.

Product Management Responsibilities

CRM Product Tool Strategy & Road Mapping:

  • Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal CRM capabilities including: CPQ and quoting workflows, Contract lifecycle management (CLM)
  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworks
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and scalability needs within the seller and deal-management lifecycle
  • Tooling & Workflow Ownership: Serve as the primary product owner in partnership with technology leader for CRM-integrated quoting and contract systems
  • Drive end-to-end workflow design for quote creation, configuration logic, pricing rules
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional and global business unit sales and sales ops teams, Deals, Finance, Legal teams to align on system design with business objectives
  • Facilitate requirement gathering, workshops, and feedback loops with sellers and customer-facing teams
  • Communicate roadmap updates and release details to leadership and end users

CRM Tooling Leadership and Execution:

  • Convert business requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with development, admin, or systems teams to deliver enhancements with high quality
  • Responsible for rollout planning, documentation, and training for new features or workflow changes
  • Advocate for a frictionless seller experience. Simplify workflows and reduce administrative overhead
  • Build user education materials and support cross-team enablement efforts.
  • Monitor usage data and feedback to continuously iterate on features and processes

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 186,800 to 271,100 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
