We are seeking an experienced real estate leader to oversee Visa’s corporate real estate strategy across the Latin America and Caribbean region (LAC).
The Director of Real Estate will play a key leadership role in the development and management of Visa’s real estate strategy and operations across the LAC region. This role will support strategic planning, execution of real estate transactions, management of construction projects, and facilities operations. The role will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with Visa’s business priorities. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong track record in data-driven decision-making, utilizing advanced analytics, emerging technologies including AI, and scenario modeling to inform real estate recommendations. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong market knowledge, and a proven ability to build trust, influence decisions, and lead through collaboration across a diverse stakeholder landscape.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires approximately 10-15% international travel to visit sites and meet with regional teams.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 145,100.00 to 210,450.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
