We are seeking a director to lead the execution of Marketing Services strategies and commercial initiatives with Brazil’s public banks. This professional will be responsible for strengthening relationships with key clients, supporting the development of integrated solutions, and ensuring the delivery of measurable results for the sector. This role plays a pivotal part in partnering with clients to achieve both Visa’s and our clients’ business and brand goals.
In this role, you will set the strategic direction for marketing, guide the campaign portfolio, and shape investment decisions using data-driven insights and ROI analysis. You will oversee creative development and media planning and engage senior stakeholders through effective communication and positive influence. This position calls for vision, creativity, analytical rigor, and executional excellence to deliver meaningful results in dynamic markets.

Basic Qualifications:
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
12+ years of experience in marketing, commercial, or consulting roles, preferably in Financial Services, Technology, or FinTech.
Proven experience in strategic account management, results-oriented marketing, and executive relationship management.
Advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends, analytics, and customer-centric strategies.
Preferred location is Brasília, but we are open to considering São Paulo.
