This 12 month FTC role is responsible for ensuring the seamless continuation of national marketing initiatives and client-specific activities during a 12-month maternity leave period. The Marketing Manager will maintain momentum on key projects, support ongoing campaigns, and uphold high standards of execution and reporting. The role requires rapid onboarding, adaptability, and strong collaboration with internal teams, clients, and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Head of Marketing, Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Malta
Hybrid role based in Israel, combining remote work and in-office collaboration as required.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
• Proven ability to quickly adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced assignment.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the Israeli market, leveraging local insights and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of the Israeli payments, fintech, and consumer landscape.
• Demonstrated management skills, with experience working jointly with partners and agencies.
• Expertise in the Israeli media landscape, including digital, social, and influencer channels.
• Excellent project management skills, including budget oversight and campaign reporting.
• Native-level Hebrew and strong English communication skills.
