Marketing Services Manager is a client-facing role within Visa Marketing Services in CISSEE, focused on delivering strategic, insight-led marketing advisory engagements for key banking partners across the region.
The role supports clients in addressing business growth, brand positioning, customer engagement and marketing transformation challenges, including the practical application of AI-enabled marketing approaches.
This role reports to the Marketing Services Director in CISSEE.

Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
5–8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, marketing consulting, business consulting, or marketing roles with a strong strategic and client-facing focus, solid digital marketing experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in business, marketing, strategy or a related field is preferred
Proven experience working with large enterprise clients, preferably within banking, fintech, financial services or payments ecosystems
Demonstrated experience applying data-driven and AI-enabled approaches in marketing strategy development, customer engagement, personalization, analytics, or decision-making processes
Strong background in marketing strategy, consumer insights and advanced analytics, with the ability to translate data and AI outputs into clear business recommendations
Solid understanding of AI technologies and use cases relevant to marketing (e.g. generative AI, automation, predictive analytics, personalization tools), and their impact on marketing effectiveness and organizational workflows
Strategic & Consulting Skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and develop clear, actionable recommendations
Consulting-oriented mindset with a focus on business impact
Client Engagement & Communication
Confidence working with senior client stakeholders, including CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Product and Business Leads
Experience preparing and delivering clear, compelling presentations and strategic narratives
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in client-facing environments
Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with confidence leading discussions, workshops and Q&A sessions with senior audiences
Innovation & AI Enablement
Solid understanding of how AI, data and emerging technologies are transforming marketing, with the ability to apply this thinking in client projects
Curiosity and passion for innovation, trends and future-facing marketing approaches
Ability to translate complex or technical topics into accessible business language
