What a Product Analyst, Consumer Solutions, Vietnam & Laos does at Visa:
The Product Analyst at Visa plays a key role in driving the success of the Cardholder Benefit platform by managing its annual roadmap and ensuring seamless execution. This involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, overseeing agreements, and continuously reviewing performance metrics. The role also includes tracking monthly OPEX and CONTRA to maintain alignment with annual objectives and evaluating platform effectiveness. Additionally, the analyst prepares monthly MIS reports to monitor OKRs for the Vietnam Product & Solution team.
Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, a customer-centric mindset to anticipate client needs, and solid business acumen to support sustainable growth. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
