This role will report into the Senior Director, Head of Visa Commercial Solutions Product Strategy Product GTM in Europe. VCS has high growth ambitions, we expect to more than double our business over the next five years. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Analyst to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the commercialization of digital products across Europe, focusing on developing training and sales enablement collateral, mapping client prototypes to product pipeline opportunities, managing product governance processes, project managing pilots for new innovations to ensure successful product and pilot launches and market adoption
This is a unique opportunity to be part of expanding sales outside core Visa offerings in the fast-moving world of commercial payments. Business payments are the largest untapped opportunity for Visa in Europe and this role will be central in bringing our new solutions to market fast. This is not a directly client facing role but some client work is expected.
We will be working in an agile environment so this person must be proactive in ensuring we achieve our goals, and skilled in pivoting and adjusting as new information and opportunities come to light.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Market Analysis
Initiative Tracking & Pilot Project Management
Manage the billing process for issuers for some of our VCS services products including Visa Commercial Pay (VCP), Central Travel Account (CTA), Spend Clarity for Enterprise & Business (SCFE and SCFB), Data solutions
Risk Process Management: In co-ordination with the European Risk team & Product GTM owners, ensure Product risks are identified, tracked, mitigated.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Curiosity in technical aspects of payment solutions
Can do attitude, ability to adjust to changing priorities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Curious about developing innovative B2B payment solutions for businesses of all sizes
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional Curious about B2B payment solutions
Fluency in English, additional European languages are an asset.
