As the world shifts towards agentic commerce, we are looking for an operations-oriented product manager that will be at the forefront of optimizing processes across all internal and external stakeholders.
Visa is seeking an AI Expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents that automate and optimize business processes across product operations, implementation, and product delivery. This role will drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives, leveraging advanced AI and agentic technologies to deliver measurable impact for all functional areas.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services - to identify automation opportunities, architect AI driven solutions, and ensure successful integration and adoption. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AI agent creation with strategic vision and strong business acumen.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 146,200.00 to 211,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
