The SMB Core Product Team develops and delivers payment solutions tailored for small businesses worldwide. Team members collaborate across product, sales, and partnership groups to launch innovative offerings and support client needs, helping SMBs access reliable, secure and relevant payment services, supporting their growth and success.
The Manager will join the Global SMB Core Product team, report to the team lead, and support the Director in driving product innovation, client engagement, and operational excellence for small businesses worldwide, partnering with cross-functional teams and external partners, the individual will help shape product strategy, conduct market research, manage new product launches, and deliver impactful, secure payment solutions that meet real client needs and advance key strategic initiatives.
For this Manager role, we are looking for experienced professionals who combine strategic thinking with hands-on product management skills. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial payments, product strategy, or management consulting, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Experience in and/or significant exposure to the commercial payments industry.
Proven track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines.
Superior problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
Strong balance of creative thinking, solutions and results orientation, customer focus, and analytical discipline.
Interpersonal skills demonstrated through experience developing and growing internal, external, and cross-functional relationships.
Ability to complete analysis, craft conclusions, and deliver strong recommendations.
Strong attention to detail, analytics, project management, and process management.
Team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with strong presentation skills (oral and written).
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 124,300.00 to 180,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
