The Visa North America Value Added Services (VAS) Sales Engineering team is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager with proven technical acumen in an Issuer Processing environment. A successful candidate must be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as possessing an exemplary record of client facing interactions.
The Sales Engineering Manager must possess and maintain a high level of knowledge and technical understanding of all DPS processing systems (DPS Core, DPS+, Forward) and value-added products and services. The Sales Engineering Manager will lead the necessary solutioning activities, including white boarding sessions, help position the pitch and present directly to clients in support of net new DPS wins and client retention.
In this role, collaboration is key, and the successful candidate will represent Sales Engineering on multiple cross functional teams including internal product steering committees.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159,200.00 to 230,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
