This role partners with business development, strategy, and functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, performance management, strategy enablement and commercial growth. The individual will leverage advanced analytics, financial modelling, decision support and strategic insights as an enabler to business planning, resource allocation, frontline sales and cross-functional initiatives across diverse markets.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
5+ years in data analytics, business analysis, strategy, or performance management roles, preferably within consulting, banking, financial services, fintech, or payments.
MBA, CFA qualification preferred but not essential
Advanced numeracy, analytical, quantitative, and modelling skills; expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and project management tools.
Proven problem-solving ability, intellectual rigor, and commercial mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and engage senior stakeholders across regions.
Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage complexity and ambiguity.
Experience working in global or multi-national environments, collaborating across borders and cultures.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, facilitate decisions, and drive change in a matrix organization.
