About this role

As Senior Manager, Crypto Initiatives (Europe), you will lead the execution of high-impact crypto and stablecoin programs, driving product go-to-market (GTM) and coordination across Visa’s European markets. You will operate at the intersection of product, program management and sales enablement, supporting the Visa stablecoin strategy execution in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead program management and oversee strategic crypto and stablecoin initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with Visa’s European and global objectives.

  • Establish and manage robust program governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks for product launches and localization efforts. Drive key decisions forward by preparing clear decision frameworks, identifying trade-offs, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Monitor and track progress of workstreams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Engage and support product clusters teams related to Visa crypto and stablecoin initiatives based on client demand.
  • Coordinate stablecoin pilots deployments with clients and consolidate client feedback on Visa stablecoin pilots and products.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing complex product development programs
  • Consolidate Internal and External communications and Sales Play: sales enablement materials, training, and collateral to support cluster teams and account executives.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency across teams. Support the team preparing executive-level materials, including initiative status, risks, recommendations, and decision frameworks for senior leadership.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards to monitor key metrics, pipeline progress, and program performance across all crypto and stablecoin initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with global and local data analytics teams to uncover actionable insights and performance optimization levels, driving continuous improvement in product adoption and operational efficiency.
