The Senior Manager of Payments Optimization (Global) will play a critical role in enabling our merchant, acquirer and partner customers to achieve market-leading payment success rates. The ideal candidate is an experienced, data-fluent specialist in omnichannel payments with a track record of increasing transaction approval rates through the implementation of best practices and innovative technology solutions.
In this role, you will advise some of the largest merchants and acquiring banks in the world to maximize their approval rates, in collaboration with cross-functional global stakeholders, including sales, product and technical leadership. You will analyse large data sets and apply your deep payments expertise to improve our customers’ payment programs.
You will be responsible for the growth and success of our advisory practice: creating deep dive analyses, presentations, leading customer engagements and overseeing a pipeline of engagements delivered in collaboration with peers across Visa. Through this work, you’ll recommend processes and products to optimize customer's payments flows. As a subject matter expert within our business, you’ll also train colleagues across the organization on best practices in payments and merchant performance, share and document your knowledge, recommend improvements to our products, and support the creation of data & AI tools to increase the automation of insights for scale.

The role reports to the General Manager, Global Network & Optimization Solutions.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $152,200 to $270,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
