A Front-End Engineer with .NET and React experience is responsible for building modern, user-friendly web interfaces that integrate with .NET-based back-end services. They collaborate with designers, product teams, and engineers to deliver high-quality features, use AI tools to speed development, maintain clean and secure code, and contribute to continuous integration and testing efforts. The role emphasizes strong React expertise, solid understanding of .NET APIs, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
3+ years of experience in front-end engineering (.Net and React).
Strong proficiency with React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design principles.
Hands-on experience building front-end applications that interact with .NET APIs (ASP.NET Core preferred).
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil) and component-driven development.
Experience building and consuming APIs using HTTP, REST, and JSON. Understanding of authentication patterns such as OAuth or JWT is a plus.
Knowledge of Git-based workflows and build or automation tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical challenges.
Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
Prior experience in financial services or payments is a plus.
